Betdaq stopped trading on 21 October 2026 after Matchbook bought the brand. Your Innovision Labs alerts don't change. Here's what to do with a Betdaq balance, and where 0% commission still applies. 18+.
What happened
Triplebet Limited, the company behind the Matchbook exchange, bought the Betdaq brand and its web domains. Matchbook said the deal was complete on 14 October 2026.
- 21 October 2026: the Betdaq exchange closed to trading. Bets still open then were settled or voided; they could not be moved to Matchbook.
- Until 4 November 2026: you can still log in to Betdaq to see your statements and withdraw your balance.
- Your Betdaq account does not become a Matchbook account. To use Matchbook you register a new account there and go through its checks.
- If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP or with Matchbook, you can't move a Betdaq balance to Matchbook. Withdraw it instead.
What to do now
- Withdraw any Betdaq balance before 4 November 2026.
- Check your Innovision Labs settings. Betdaq was never one of the exchanges our alerts use. We price lays at Betfair, Smarkets and Matchbook, so your alerts carry on as before.
- Keep your commission setting honest. Each exchange's commission rate is in your settings, and every rating and lay stake we show uses it. If you are on a 0% deal, set that exchange to 0%. When the deal ends, set it back to the standard rate (Matchbook's is 2% of net winnings per market). A rate that's too low makes alerts look better than they are.
Which 0% commission deals are left (checked 26 October 2026)
If you already have an account at an exchange, we found no official 0% commission deal you can still claim there. The welcome codes below are for new customers only.
- Matchbook (new customers): 0% commission for your first 110 days from registration, up to £1,000 of value, then the standard 2%. You have to register with the promo code, deposit by debit card (Skrill and Neteller deposits don't qualify), and the offer runs until 31 December 2026. If you've had a Matchbook account before, from the same address, e-mail, payment card or IP address, you can't claim it. Taking it also rules you out of future Matchbook 0% promotions. - Former Betdaq customers: Matchbook says it has a welcome offer reserved for Betdaq customers, but its page doesn't give the terms. Check them on Matchbook's site before you sign up.
- Betdaq's own 0% codes ended when the exchange closed.
Read the full terms on the exchange's own site before you register. A promotion is a reason to check your numbers, not a reason to bet more.
