Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our Site so that you understand which Terms apply. The Site is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Site. You may not use the Site in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Pounds Sterling.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
Registering with the Site creates a free account. It does not start a trial. We offer a free trial of a paid subscription, once per customer. The standard trial is 7 days. An offer code may give a longer trial, and the length is shown at checkout. The trial starts when you choose a subscription plan and complete checkout, which requires a valid payment card. You will not be charged during the trial. We will email you 3 days before your trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the price of the plan you chose (shown at checkout) at the end of the trial, and then at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page of your account. If you cancel during the trial, your access to the paid features ends immediately and you will not be charged. Trials are not available to anyone who has held a paid subscription or trial before, and we may withdraw a trial where we suspect abuse, such as multiple accounts.
Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page of your account, or by emailing contact@innovisionlabs.co.uk. If you cancel during a free trial, the trial ends straight away and you are not charged. If you cancel after you have paid, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
14-day money-back guarantee.
- Who can claim: any customer on their first payment for a Pro subscription, monthly or yearly, and on each yearly renewal payment. The first payment is the one taken after the free trial ends (or the first payment, if there was no trial). The first-payment guarantee applies once per customer.
- Time limit: you must ask within 14 days of the date that payment was taken.
- How to claim: email contact@innovisionlabs.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the words “refund request”. You don’t need to give a reason.
- What you get: a full refund of that payment, to the card you paid with. We aim to send it within 5 working days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We cancel the subscription when we refund, so Pro features stop at that point.
- What it doesn’t cover: later monthly renewal payments, or anything outside your subscription fee. It does not cover money won or lost on bets placed with any bookmaker or exchange.
Other payments. Apart from the guarantee above, payments are not refunded when you cancel part-way through a paid period. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a payment was taken in error, or you think we have charged you wrongly, email us and we will put it right.
